I made a butternut squash based sauce the other day, to eat with spaghetti. The recipe was from the Karen Claffey book, though Sarah Kramer has one too. The sauce tasted good on its own, like a soup, but I wasn't crazy about combining it with pasta.
That's the extent of my cooking this week, because I've been sick. At least, thanks to Doc Oz being on Oprah all the time, it's possible to get things like blueberry and pomegranate juice at the local corner store!
