Recipe not: rutabaga salad

I bought rutabagas and sliced and cooked them as Claffey suggests (though you should use way less oil):

- bag of rutabagas
- slice up
- spray with oil
- sprinkle with salt
- bake 350 for 35 minutes (til tender, but don't overcook)

This is exactly the same as baking cauliflower, and tastes just as good.

But then I tried making her salad dressing, and neither Fernando nor I cared for it. Just eat it as is.
