I've cooked from this for a few years but I can't remember right now what I've tried... haven't cooked much since going back to school, except this year. It says vegetarian but it's very veganee--I usually don't buy vegetarian cookbooks cause they go all crazy with the eggs and cheese, it's useless.

Cookbook: ROBERTSON The Vegetarian Meat & Potatoes Cookbook
