Cookbook: GORDON Nonna's Italian Kitchen

I've never paid much attention to the Vegan Italian or Vegan Greek type books, but this one (and one on mediterranean cooking) were very highly rated. My only complaint, from looking at it, is (a) many recipes look fairly long, and (b) many use pre-bought products.

To be fair, both problems are caused by Yea Aulde Cheese. You either need to buy premade cheese products (like Parmesan) or make them yourself, which takes time cause it's not like you just happen to have a ready batch of what you need.

But the book is full of notes and ideas and replacement ideas, so we'll see. It's full of good sounding stuff.
