There's this tv commercial for Bam! that really annoys me. "You can throw away all those cleaning products [picture of person sweeping 20 products off the counter], because with Bam! all you need are three cleaners!"
Meh? All you need is 3 cleaners, whether it's Bam! or not. Glass cleaner, powder, and all-purpose spray. Maybe you need four if you clean your stove and you want one of those foamee cleaners.
I think the only reason people end up with 20 cleaners is because buying a new cleaner, with some exciting feature (bubbles! new scent!) makes you feel like you're cleaning your house. Even when you aren't.
Your real goal should be to replace cleaners with rewashable cloths and eco / animal friendly cleaners. (Or homemade cleaners, but I'm not there yet.)
