I'm eating this snack. It's not bad. Other than that... not a lot to report because I can't do too much cooking these days. And the couple things I made and liked... I'm too tired to go look up and write in here. But the Eating Healthy is still going pretty well, despite the craziness that is the schoolz. And despite the occasional cooking duds like the lemon muffins I tried from Karen Claffey.
