Sometimes when people diet, or try to eat less calories etc., I find they eliminate too many foods. Calories are not the only thing we should consider--we've got to think about nutrition. Our brains need to be fed, our bones need to be fed, our blood, our organs, our skin, etc.
There are foods that have sugar in them, that are still healthy, like apple juice. There are foods that have Good Fat in them, like avocados. People have been made to feel guilty about coffee drinking for years, and now the news is full of health benefits from it.
So, like, you know, moderation in all things! (Except--as Gil Mayo would point out--moderation.)
