Products: potatoes
I've become addicted to pre-cut/cooked potatoes. I love potato salad (well I love all carbs), and with these it takes five minutes to make! And there are tons of low-fat recipes available, especially when you're vegan--you just use soft tofu, or a little bit of Nayonnaise, or a bit of oil, or even (I tried this) creamed corn.
And then, for nutrition, you toss in anything you like! All kinds of veggies, or even chick peas.
