Every once in awhile I check an old product to see if it's become "vegan"--sometimes companies change the ingredients. Jell-O pudding has been added the ok list, no milk products or whatever. So I bought some Pistachio pudding mix.
Oh - but apparently you have to use less liquid (1.5 cups instead of 2) or it'll be soupy. Maybe I'll try a little corn starch to boot...
