Porducts: margarine

I need to transfer over my post on margarines.

Butter is more Natural, but when you're vegan it's out. To be more natural you should go for oil, but that doesn't really work for toast... or some kinds of baking.

I usually buy the cheapest brand if I can--there's a good-for-baking, non-hydrog generic brand at Maxi's. Earth Balance is more tasty, but it's harder--which means it's better for dessert's that need to harden in the cold. Or better for those who just miss the Tastiness.

Earth Balance also comes in a box, where you can slice off the right amount. But EB is only at health food stores.
